INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat therapy: Microwave: mist and microwave in a clean dish for 2-3 Minutes at approximately 600 watts. Heat lasts 30 minutes. Microwave turntable must rotate freely and completely to avoid damage to pillow and oven. Conventional Oven: Heat the cushion for approximately 10 minutes at 100°C
Cold therapy: Place in the refrigerator/freezer for minimum of 45 minutes, if the cushion is needed rather rapidly or better still, place in a freezer bag, freeze for at least 1-2 hours. And you’re ready for Cold Therapy.
