This croissant or U-shaped pillow covered in soft durable 100% cotton African print is lined with molten and filled with clean, dried cherry stones/seeds. Perfect as natural hot or cold pack, to help you relax and feel better fast.
Heats up quickly and stays very warm for a good 20 minutes either warming it up by way of a microwave or a conventional oven and it provides moist penetrating heat. You can store in the freezer to always have a cold pack handy - try it cold for those tough headaches. Massage therapists, spas, chiropractors and other alternative practitioners believe in this cushion’s effects and benefits be it for arthritis, neuropathy, menstrual, back and neck pain relief.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat therapy: Microwave: mist and microwave in a clean dish for 2-3 Minutes at approximately 600 watts. Heat lasts 30 minutes. Microwave turntable must rotate freely and completely to avoid damage to pillow and oven. Conventional Oven: Heat the cushion for approximately 10 minutes at 100°C
Cold therapy: Place in the refrigerator/freezer for minimum of 45 minutes, if the cushion is needed rather rapidly or better still, place in a freezer bag, freeze for at least 1-2 hours. And you’re ready for Cold Therapy.
